Your Nonprofit’s Digital Future

Request for Proposals:
The Senser Foundation’s Lean Digital
Transformation Model 2027

Following the successful and impactful implementation of the Lean Digital Transformation Model (LDTM) for over 50 nonprofit organizations since 2021, the Senser Foundation and Philtech are excited to open invitations for our seventh cohort.

The Senser Foundation’s philanthropic approach focuses on helping nonprofits grow and increase their impact through a program that builds organizational capacity through digital transformation. Philtech and Marom Group, specialists in digital transformation and strategic consulting for the social sector, custom-built the LDTM. This model embeds technology as an integral part of the organization’s overall strategy, boosts productivity, and ensures that implementation delivers real benefits to stakeholders.

Now welcoming the seventh cohort of the LDTM, the Senser Foundation is looking to
advance its mission by partnering with organizations active in the following areas:

Women’s rights, security, and empowerment

Next-generation
engagement with Jewish
peoplehood

Strengthening marginalized
communities

Social and religious
diversity in Israel

Liberal and
democratic values

Organizations responding to the unprecedented situation in Israel following the events of October 2023

Potential LDTM outcomes include

Drive innovation:
preserve and increase
organizational impact
