The Senser Foundation’s Lean Digital
Transformation Model 2026

Following the successful and impactful implementation of the Lean Digital Transformation Model (LDTM) for over 30 nonprofit organizations since 2021, the Senser Foundation and Philtech are excited to open invitations for our fifth cohort.

The Senser Foundation’s approach to philanthropy focuses on helping nonprofits grow and increase their impact in a program focusing on organizational capacity building through digital transformation. The LDTM was custom-made and developed by Philtech and Marom Group, specialists in digital transformation and strategic consulting for the social sector.
The LDTM aims to increase internal productivity and organizational outcomes through the effective use of technology.

Now welcoming the sixth cohort of the LDTM, the Senser Foundation is looking to
advance its mission by partnering with organizations active in the following areas:

Women’s rights, security, and empowerment

Social and religious
diversity in Israel

Strengthening marginalized
communities

Next-generation
engagement with Jewish
peoplehood

Liberal and
democratic values

Organizations responding to the unprecedented situation in Israel following the events of October 2023

Potential LDTM outcomes include

Drive innovation:
preserve and increase
organizational impact
